TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing Nadadora Tattoo.
Every tattoo is a collaborative process that requires time, trust, preparation, and care.
These terms are here to help create a smooth experience for both of us and ensure that each piece receives the attention it deserves.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
Deposits &
Booking Confirmation
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. Banking details will be provided directly once your booking has been accepted.
If payment is not received within the given timeframe, your appointment may be released and offered to another client. If this happens, I will do my best to let you know beforehand.
Please send through a screenshot of your payment, along with your full name and phone number, so I can confirm your booking and contact you if needed.
Your deposit contributes towards the preparation and design work that takes place before your appointment and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your session.
Cancellation &
Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment date with at least 3 days' notice.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 3 days' notice, the deposit will be forfeited, as it is often difficult to fill the appointment slot on short notice.
If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can find the best way forward. The health and well-being of both client and artist are always a priority.
In exceptional circumstances, any transfer of deposits will remain at my discretion.
Design Process
Every tattoo is custom designed specifically for the individual wearing it.
Designs are not shared prior to the appointment. You will see your design on the day of your session, where we will have time to discuss placement, sizing, and any reasonable adjustments before tattooing begins.
Over the years, I have found that creative collaboration flows most naturally in person. This approach allows me to focus my energy on creating thoughtful artwork while ensuring we can make final refinements together.
If you would like to make significant changes to your original concept, please let me know as early as possible. Major changes may require additional design time, additional fees, or a rescheduled appointment.
Pricing & Quotes
Quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may vary depending on size, placement, complexity, level of detail, and any changes made to the original design brief.
Any changes to the design, placement, or scale on the day of your appointment may affect the final cost.
A final quote will be confirmed before tattooing begins.
Large Scale Projects
Larger pieces may require multiple sessions and will be quoted either as a complete project or at a session rate.
If additional sessions become necessary due to significant design changes, extended breaks, or circumstances outside of my control, additional charges may apply.
Health & Safety
Before your appointment, you will be required to complete a consent form and disclose any relevant medical information that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
By signing the consent form, you confirm that:
-
You are over 18 years of age.
-
You are choosing to be tattooed voluntarily.
-
You understand that tattoos are permanent.
-
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or concerns.
-
You have reviewed and approved the final design before tattooing begins.
Providing accurate information helps ensure the safest possible experience and best healing outcome.
Numbing Cream
If you are considering using numbing cream or any other numbing product, please discuss this with me before your appointment.
Not all products are suitable for tattooing, and some can affect the skin, the tattooing process, healing, and the final result.
Undisclosed use of numbing products may affect eligibility for complimentary touch-ups.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups may be offered at my discretion within 6 months of the original appointment.
Touch-ups can only be assessed once the tattoo has fully healed, which is typically after a minimum of 6 weeks.
Requests made outside of this period may incur an additional fee.
I generally do not offer touch-ups on work completed by other artists.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, send me a message as soon as you can.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on the circumstances and the time available.
Unfortunately, missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Working Together
Creating meaningful tattoos requires trust, communication, and mutual respect.
For this reason, I may decline projects that fall outside my artistic style, technical scope, or values. I may also refuse or stop a tattoo session if I believe proceeding would compromise the wellbeing of the client, artist, or studio environment.
This includes clients who are under 18 years of age, pregnant, breastfeeding, or otherwise unable to safely receive a tattoo.
Where possible, I will happily recommend another artist who may be a better fit for your project.
Photography
Photographs of completed tattoos may be used for my portfolio, website, and social media.
If you would prefer your tattoo not to be shared publicly, please let me know before your appointment.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as Nadadora Tattoo evolves.
The most current version will apply to all future bookings.
